Welcome to Lushspaces. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website lushspaces.ae and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using lushspaces, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Orders

We offer a range of custom-made and ready furniture products including sofas, beds, sofa cum beds, TV units, and complete bedroom packages for homes across the UAE.

All orders are subject to availability. Your order becomes a binding agreement once you receive an order confirmation email from us. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes — actual colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

For custom-made orders, production begins after order confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on lushspaces.ae are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard
• Bank transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select orders within UAE

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order will be the final charged amount.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days for ready items. Custom-made furniture may take 2–4 weeks depending on production time and specifications.

Free delivery is available on all orders above AED 2,000. Delivery fees for orders below this amount will be shown at checkout.

Our team will contact you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. Complimentary furniture assembly is included with all deliveries.

5. Return & Refund Policy

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
• Items that have been assembled or used
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lushspaces.ae within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Account & Security

When you create an account on lushspaces.ae, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to maintain password security.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using our website, you must not:

• Attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or information
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any intellectual property rights belonging to Lushspaces or third parties

We welcome honest product reviews and feedback from our customers. By submitting a review, photo, or any content on our website, you grant Lushspaces a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own, accurate, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

All content on lushspaces.ae including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics is the property of Lushspaces and is protected under UAE intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Lushspaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase:

• We encourage you to first contact us directly at contact@lushspaces.ae to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with UAE arbitration laws, conducted in English with a single arbitrator.

12. Governing Law

These Lushspaces Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your contact details during checkout or account registration, you agree that Lushspaces may send you SMS and email communications related to your order status, delivery updates, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Lushspaces Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
