Welcome to LushSpaces (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at lushspaces.ae (“Site”) and the purchase of our products. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Products & Orders
We offer customizable furniture products, including:
Your order becomes a binding agreement once we send you a confirmation email. Image colors may vary due to screen settings.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We accept: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, cash on delivery, and bank transfers.
Payment is processed at checkout. For subscription items, charges auto-renew unless canceled in your account before the renewal date.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within 2–4 weeks across the UAE. Free delivery applies for orders above AED 500. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
5. Return & Refund Policy
You may return eligible products within 14 days. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. See full details here: Return & Refund Policy.
6. Account & Security
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Keep your password secure.
- Notify us of unauthorized activity.
We’re not liable for losses from unauthorized account use.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Abuse, damage, or vandalize the Site
- Post false reviews or advertise external goods
- Sell or transfer account access
- Violate intellectual property rights
8. User Content & Reviews
You may submit reviews and photos of your LushSpaces products. By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use it for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
- First, attempt informal negotiation within 30 days.
- If unresolved, matter proceeds to arbitration in English with one arbitrator, under UAE laws.
10. Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the lesser of:
- The amount you paid for the product
- A maximum of AED 2,500
Any claims must be made within 6 months of purchase.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. If arbitration is required, proceedings will take place in Dubai.
12. SMS & Email Messaging
By providing your contact details, you agree we may send you SMS or email updates related to orders, deliveries, returns, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.
